This polisher RM type has a half-round drum made up of a row of nylon brushes. The produce enters the polisher via a transport conveyor and is dropped onto a roller bed, which has a rocking motion. While the produce moves towards the outfeed, brushes polish the produce. Two water pipes spray fresh and/or recycled water on the produce as it travels through the drum. Produce is washed/polished as it rubs against other produce as well as the rotating brushes.
The polisher RM type is made of mild steel. In the mild steel, the frame of the polisher is made of painted mild steel, and the bearings and drive/idle rollers are made of mild steel. In the polisher RM type, the produce flow is controlled by a manual drum valve

Der RM-Typ verfügt über eine halbrunde Trommel mit einer Reihe von Nylonbürsten. Das Gemüse gelangt über ein Förderband in die Poliermaschine und wird auf ein Rollenbett mit Schaukelbewegung abgelegt. Während das Gemüse zur Auslaufseite transportiert wird, polieren Bürsten die Oberfläche. Zwei Wasserrohre sprühen frisches und/oder recyceltes Wasser auf das Gemüse, während es sich durch die Trommel bewegt. Das Gemüse wird durch die Reibung mit anderen Produkten sowie durch die rotierenden Bürsten gewaschen und poliert.
Die RM-Poliermaschine besteht aus Weichstahl. Der Rahmen ist aus lackiertem Weichstahl, ebenso wie die Lager und Antriebs-/Leerlaufrollen. Der Produktfluss wird durch ein manuelles Trommelventil gesteuert.

Deze RM-type polijstmachine heeft een half ronde trommel die bestaat uit een rij nylon borstels. De groenten komen de polijstmachine binnen via een transportband en vallen op een rolbed met een schommelende beweging. Terwijl de groenten naar de uitvoer bewegen, worden ze gepolijst door de borstels. Twee waterleidingen sproeien vers en/of gerecycled water op de groenten terwijl ze door de trommel bewegen. De groenten worden gewassen/gepolijst doordat ze tegen elkaar en tegen de draaiende borstels wrijven.
De RM-type polijstmachine is gemaakt van staal. Het frame is gemaakt van geverfd staal, en ook de lagers en aandrijf-/vrijlooprollen zijn van staal. De doorvoer van de groenten wordt geregeld via een handmatige trommelklep.
